碧瑶（City of Baguio；Ilokano: Ciudad ti Baguio; 菲律宾语: Lungsod ng Baguio) 是位于菲律宾吕宋岛北端的一个城市。1900年，美国人在 Ibaloi 村庄的遗址上创建了碧瑶。 1909年9月1日，碧瑶市被Philippine Commission指定为菲国的夏都，并由菲律宾议政委员会(Philippines Assembly)将该市合并。这里有总统官邸、最高法院、立法办公室、 碧瑶。
